This course is designed for students who can read Biblical Hebrew but have limited or no ability to read or converse in Modern Hebrew. Emphasizing reading and translation, the course aims to equip students with the Modern Hebrew skills necessary for academic research. Selected texts are tailored to align with students’ specific areas of interest. Prerequisite: two years of study in either Biblical or Modern Hebrew, or permission of the instructor. Instruction is conducted in English. For questions, please contact Dina Roginsky.
