Purim Pop-up Exhibition at the Beinecke: "It Happened in the Days of Ahasuerus..."

Please join us at the Beinecke for a pop-up exhibition featuring some of Yale's stunning Judaica related to the holiday of Purim. You are welcome to stop by anytime between 3:30 and 5:00 pm. A group of librarians, postdoctoral associates, and graduate students will serve as guides to rare printed books, manuscripts, and beautiful Esther scrolls. All are welcome – whether you know a lot about Purim or don’t (yet) know anything at all.  Feel free to bring along a friend or two.

The pop-up exhibit will take place in the largest classroom of the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library. This room allows for up to 35 visitors at a time. To ensure that you do not have to wait, please sign up for a half-hour slot. Please give yourself time to put your belongings in a locker.
